Megan is a three-time exited founder and active investor who has spent more than 15 years taking frontier technology from technically feasible to commercially viable. Her companies include Population, a physical AI and biosecurity company, and Modular, a venture builder that partnered with more than 70 deep tech startups to win their first customers and build repeatable go-to-market engines. She is also an inventor with patents in AI for biosecurity. Megan also serves as a Visiting Mentor for 500 Global and JETRO programs, and as a Senior Advisor to Renaissance Philanthropy’s Inspired Air Fund.

Luca is a product executive and startup advisor who helps teams build sound product strategies, scale their operations, and move AI out of the lab and into production. Previously Senior Director of Product Management at Guild Education, he has led product, data, and strategic initiatives across high-growth startups and global enterprises including Data Axle, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Shopkick. As a former co-founder (TheNeeds), he regularly advises companies such as Saasform, Diambra, and Neodynamics on product-market fit, modern data and AI architectures, and building AI-first teams. Luca holds engineering degrees from Politecnico di Torino, an MBA from Hult International Business School, and executive credentials in AI from MIT Sloan.

Sebnem is a Bay Area growth operator who helps climate tech, deep tech, AI, SaaS, and supply chain companies build traction and scale sustainably. Drawing on early experience with the European Investment Bank and the International Labour Organization, alongside leadership at UtilityAPI, she now partners with startups, scale-ups, and corporate innovation teams—including the Mitsubishi Electric Innovation Center in Silicon Valley and the EDF Innovation Lab in Palo Alto—on go-to-market execution, strategic partnerships, public policy, and grant strategy.

Liana is an entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI, human identity, and high performance. She founded Recalibrate AI, the first identity platform, on a core insight: in an AI-driven era, lasting leadership growth requires evolving how leaders operate at an identity level, not just collecting new tactics. She created the category of Identity Strategy, with work featured on NBC and CBS. An INSEAD MBA, Liana serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD and previously lectured in its Building Business in Silicon Valley module, teaching founders how to launch and scale ventures in the ecosystem.
